Essay

Object - Pecularities of the formation of cellular and humoral immunity, protein metabolism in turkeys and geese during their growth and for the actions of vitamins E and C. The purpose - to determine the age and specific peculiarities of cellular and humoral immunity, protein metabolism in turkeys and geese and find out the influence of vitamins E and C on the activity of these systems and the viability of birds at an early age. Develop a way to improve the immune capacity and storage gosling and turkeys at an early age. Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, biochemical, physiological, immunological, statistics, spektrofotometer, pH-meter microscope. Novelty - the first time, a comparative study of cellular and humoral immunity, protein metabolism in turkeys and geese in different periods of ontogenesis and under supplementary feeding of vitamin E and C in the diet. It is shown that turkeys gosling and 20-day age characterized by low functional activity of the immune system, as evidenced by less than 60-day age and egg-laying period of T lymphocytes (total, active and theophylline-resistant) and B-lymphocytes, considerable interest in blood nyzkoavidnyh T lymphocytes, and reduced blast transformation of T cells and indices of nonspecific resistance - Complementary and lyzocymic activity of serum and phagocytic activity psevdoeozynofiliv blood. Ascertained a higher level of immune capacity in all periods studied in turkeys compared with husmy.Z 'specifies the influence of supplementary feeding of vitamin E and C in the diet of turkeys and geese and 20-day age of the formation of immunobiological reactivity, their growth and preservation. Displaying stimulating effect of vitamins E and C on the activity of cellular and humoral factors, forming a complete immune response, protein metabolism, growth and preservation in turkeys and geese in critical periods of their of development. Scientific novelty of the results confirmed a patent for utility model: № 18303 "Method of increasing immunobiological resistance, antioxidant status and conservation gosling in the early period of development." The effectiveness of implementation - Results of the thesis will be used in the learning process with a rate of biochemistry and biotechnology, animal nutrition and feed technologies for veterinary students at Lviv National University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named. S. comparatively cheaper. Scope: biochemistry, feeding. poultry.
