Kuklin V. A substantiation of parameters scarifier for superficial processing of soil

The object of researches is the technological process data processing soil paw-disks vibration end-effectors. Subject of researches is intercommunication of basic parameters paw-disks vibration end-effectors with the quality and energy indexes of tillage. The methods of researches are based on the laws of classic mechanics, mechanics of continuous environment, mechanics of destruction, theory of oscillation and planning of experiments. A scientific novelty consists of establishment of conformities to the law of processing soil paw-disks vibration end-effectors; establishment of analytical dependence for the ground of rational parameters l paw-disks vibration end-effectors into account properties of soil; receipt of experimental dependences tractive recalcitrance of paw-disks vibration end-effectors and indexes of loosening of soil from the depth of tillage and rate of movement. The offered paw-disks vibration end-effectors provide the increase of indexes of loosening of soil on 19-21% and decrease of power expenses on 8-12%. The results are introduced in farms AR Crimea.
