Matsiyevska N. Functional status of cardiovascular system in youths

The work covers the problem of improvement of cardiovascular diseases early diagnostics at youths on the basis of cardiovascular functional disorders during physical load revelation. The expediency of in-depth cardiac examination youth who have no complaints and clinical signs of cardiovascular abnormalities was substantiated. The necessity of physical loading tests to determine the physical activity of youths was proved. The normative indexes of cardiac reserve possibilities and adaptation peculiarities to exercise in healthy youths were worked out. The pathological features of autonomic regulation of youths on basis of heart rate variability indexes at rest, during active ortoproby, physical activity were defined. The expediency of taking into account the ratio LF / HF for the diagnosis of autonomic dysfunction in younth and to determine its type were proved. The functional classes of the cardiovascular system adaptation to physical load at younth were defined. The diagnostic tactics algorithm at various stages of clinical monitoring of youths considering responses to physical load and recommendations based on the results were worked out
