Object - heterogeneous anisotropic on strength indexes soil's environment with the arbitrary bedding of flat boundary of layers; goal - development of method of determination of lateral pressure of heterogeneous anisotropic by the resistance to shift soil's basements in difficult geotechnical conditions; techniques - generalization, analysis and comparison of results, theoretical and numeral research; results - the method of determination of lateral pressure of heterogeneous (stratiform) soil's massif is developed at the arbitrary bedding of flat boundary of layers taking into account a strength anisotropy and s seismic influences and the estimation of influence of strength anisotropy is conducted on the parameters of lateral pressure of multi-layered anisotropic soil; novelty - the method of determination of lateral pressure of heterogeneous (stratiform) soil's massif is improved at the arbitrary bedding of flat boundary of layers taking into account a strength anisotropy and seismic influences; new dependences are got for the construction of epures of active and passive pressure of arbitrary anisotropic layer on a retaining wall in seismic conditions; influence of various orientation of hodographs of friction angle and cohesion is first analysed on the size of active pressure of heterogeneous, anisotropic by the strength soil's environment; introduction - designing and building of berth strut buildings of the Mariupol Sea Commercial Port; the use of - designing and diagnostic of strut buildings.
