In this work the model of the economic adjusting of agrarian production is in-process worked out. The organizationally-functional structure of the system of activity is reasonable state agrarian enterprises of on-farm planning with the use of economic-mathematical methods. Basic directions of perfection of economic regulation of the agricultural enterprises at the macro level and at on-farm level. The methodical going attained further development near the evaluation of efficiency of the use of labour potential. Clarified the concept of "economic regulation".
