Thesis is devoted to developing of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the rational organization of infrastructure provision for the development of agricultural enterprises in Lugansk region and recommendations to their implementation. There were defined infrastructural agrarian cluster, as the most perspective form of architecture. There were developed the logical and structural matrix for function of infrastructural agrarian cluster. There were offered the informational and communicational network of infrastructural agrarian cluster, which represents union multi-purpose geoinformational system.
