Essay

Object of research - process of air aspiration from the group of woodworking equipment by autonomous ventilators settings with the following centralized cleaning. Purpose of work lies in the ground of basic parameters of decentralizing aspiration system with autonomous ventilators. Methods of research. The method of aerodynamic test of blast parameters in a pipeline and method of aerodynamic test of ventilators was used during research. Scientific novelty. For the first time the mathematical model of dust motion blast in the pipeline of the decentralizing aspiration system with autonomous ventilators is described. It shows changes of air parameters in a pipeline such as static pressure, productivity, middle speed, field of speed, tangent tensions, number of Reynolds and coefficient of resistance, during variable amount of ventilators which simultaneously work in the system. Dependence is set which enables to define the size of hydraulic resistance of filtration station depending on the size of the total productivity of the system in any moment of time. The methods of determination basic aerodynamic parameters of ventilators are improved in the condition of their parallel work in the decentralizing aspiration system. For the first time dependence is got which links the size of change frequency rotation of ventilators wheel and the size of hydraulic resistance growth of the filtration station. This dependence enables to develop the chart of automatic control of rotation ventilators wheel to compensate the changes of hydraulic resistance of the filtration station and provide the permanent normative productivity of air from a woodworking machine-tool. The branch of usage: woodworking production.
