A research object is a process of management of public sector of economy of Ukraine enterprises. A research aim is an improvement of principles and methodical going near an estimation and increase of efficiency of management of public sector of economy enterprises. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, prognostication, approach of the systems, methodology of the soft systems In. Checkland, modified method of strategic teleologism, method of analysis of life cycle of organization. The scientific novelty of work consists in the improvement of principles and methodical going near an estimation and increase of efficiency of management of public sector of economy enterprises. First: for the complex evaluation of efficiency of management of public sector of economy enterprises the use of the dynamic system of estimation of efficiency is offered. It is improved: methodical going near determination of management principles in the public sector of economy; criteria of efficiency of management of public sector of economy enterprises; criteria of estimation of activity of managers of state enterprises. Got further development: methods of motivation of labour of managers of state enterprises; the methodical going is near realization of the system of rating estimation of managers of state enterprises of Ukraine.
