Essay

A research object is processes of government control of activity of organizations of the parabank system. The article of research is theoretical and methodicalapproach and organizational aspect of government control of activity of organizations of the parabank system. A research aim is forming of theoretical and methodical approach and perfection in the organizational aspect of process of government control of activity of organizations of parabank system of Ukraine. Research methods: analysis of data of statistics, approach of the systems, generalization, evolutional prognostication, organizational design. A basic scientific result consists of forming of theoretical and methodical approach and perfection in the organizational aspect of process of government control of activity of organizations of the parabank system of Ukraine., that will provide the increase of efficiency of activity of parabank sector as a making financial and credit system of country. The theoretical and methodical going is first set forth near realization of government control of activity of organizations of the parabank system of country as adaptive unit. Methodical positions are improved on government control of the parabank system of Ukraine; principles of forming of organizational structure of government control of the parabank system; methodical going near perfection of organizational design of structure. Got further development: theoretical positions in relation to the role of unbank organisation parabank in development of the financial system of country; perspective directions of development of unbank organizations are in Ukraine; descriptions of process of government control of the parabank system.
