The thesis is devoted to investigation of the institutional and structural support of innovative business in Ukraine and prospects for effective development of its new institutional structures. There had been analyzed the state of an innovative business in Ukraine and features of its institutional and structural support. There had been studied the system of state regulation of innovation activities in the functioning of national innovation system. There had been evaluated intellectual potential of Ukraine in the context of institutional development. There had been proposed the ways of improving state support for the clustering based on a creation of cluster's associations in high-tech economy industries of Ukraine, which in term will lead to a global manufacturing network that will facilitate Ukraine's participation in international economic relations
