The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of formation and management of capital functioning of agrarian and agroindustrial enterprises. The concept-category instrument of the capital's theory was deepened. The management system of agrarian and agroindustrial enterprises capital was grounded. The analysis of size, structure and efficiency of agrarian enterprises capital use was carried out. The method of estimation of agroindustrial enterprises capital was developed. The construction of chess balance sheet for agroindustrial enterprises was improved with determination of agrarian and industrial components of capital and sources of its financing. Optimum combination of industries of agroindustrial enterprise was determined for the calculation of capital demand. Methodical approach to forming a working capital of agroindustrial enterprises was offered. The effective forms of use agricultural technique for agrarian and agroindustrial enterprises were offered.
