Khovrak I. Complex estimation of efficiency of functioning of corporate sector of national economy

Object - the process of comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of the corporate sector of Ukraine; goal - development of scientific methods of integrated assessment of the efficiency of the corporate sector of national economy and the organizational and managerial foundations of its sustainable development methods - logic-theoretical generalization and scientific selection, analysis, synthesis and systematic approach, comparative and statistical analysis, graphic, group, using questionnaires, peer reviews, induction and deduction, the apparatus of fuzzy logic; novelty - the scientific and methodological provision comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of the corporate sector, which systematically takes into account the specificity of its formation and the current state at the macro and micro level, allows to build forecasting models of corporate sector in the descriptive and predictive modes (optimistic, realistic and pessimistic scenarios), recommendations for organizational and managerial foundations of its sustainable development results - developed theoretical aspects and practical recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness of the operation and development of the corporate sector of national economy, classification of subjects of the corporate sector, formulated the advantages and disadvantages of their operation, analyzed the world experience the process of forming the corporate sector; investigated the current state of efficiency of the corporate sector of national economy of Ukraine, its transparency and information system for evaluating the efficiency of subjects of the corporate sector using fuzzy logic system, developed by the national target program, defined projected scenarios of the corporate sector, proposed management decisions to improve its efficiency in the longer term, industry - economics and management of national economy.
