An object is development of models and algorithms of teaching and control of knowledge's of persons which are taught in the computer-assisted adaptive departmental and testing teaching processes; a purpose is development of information technologies of teaching and control of knowledge's for upgrading and intensification of teaching; methods are methods of theory of management, theory of sets, probability and mathematical statistics, expert evaluation, formalization and transformation of information of the mathematical programming theory; novelty of results - the method of situational management of the adaptive computer-assisted departmental and testing teaching is first developed; an application domain is higher educational establishments of Ukraine for support of educational process and scientific researches.
