A research object is market processes of confluence and absorptions in Ukraine. A research aim is development of the system of government control of market of M&A of Ukraine and recommendations in relation to her forming on the basis of analysis of problems of market of M&A of Ukraine and international experience development in this sphere. Research methods: logicians, dialecticians, approach of the systems, statistical analysis and synthesis, historical method, induction and deduction, quantitative and high-quality comparisons. The scientific novelty of work consists in that that on the basis of analysis of problems of market of confluence and absorptions of Ukraine and international experience development in this sphere the system of government control of market of confluence and absorptions of Ukraine and recommendation is worked out in relation to her forming. First: conceptual principles of forming of the system of government control of market of confluence and absorptions of Ukraine are offered. It is improved: classification of confluence and absorptions on the sign of national belonging; division into periods of market of confluence development and absorptions in Ukraine. Got further development: methodical positions of estimation of cost of companies in the process of agreement of confluence/of absorption; the theoretical going is near the analysis of tendencies of the modern stage of world market of confluence and absorptions development.
