Shevchyshen A. Pre-trial proceedings in criminal-procedure legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries (comparative analysis).

In the dissertation a comparative analysis of research institute of pre-trial proceedings in criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine and other countries is conducted. Exploring the scientific works of lawyers, other specialists of Ukrainian and foreign legislation, materials of investigative practices, the author taking into account international experience and practical needs of the investigative activity proposes for improving separately provisions and for supplementthe domestic criminal procedure legislation with the new rules. A number of new provisions and conclusions are formulated in the studies that havean essential meaning for the theory of criminal procedure and law enforcement practice grounded more than 25 proposals for changes and amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and alsothe draft of theCriminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
