The paper first theoretically founded, developed and experimentally verified model of organizing extracurricular educational environment according to its structural components and functional components and methods of process development of students' research skills in a learning environment "Open science demonstration", defined in extra-curricular educational environment structural components (space and material, social and personal information-technology), functional components (learning environment, learning environment) and zasobove security (physical, procedural and internal tools). Systematized means in accordance with the structural components and functional components of extracurricular educational environment by a hierarchical arrangement of functional components of extracurricular educational environment; defined research skills as an integrated set of intellectual, creative, informational and organizational skills, the criteria and indicators determine the effectiveness of the implementation methodology development of students' research skills in the learning environment of "Open science demonstration". The technique of the formation of students' research skills in a learning environment "open natural demonstration" has successfully tested its effectiveness is confirmed experimentally.
