Nevmerzhytska O. Ukrainian banking system restructuring in the context of globalization of financial markets

In this thesis it was explored the subject of Ukrainian banking system restructuring in the context of globalization of financial markets. Moreover it was researched theoretical principals as for the intension definition of "banking system restructuring", and furthermore it was updated scientific and methodological approaches to the rate of the confidence function figures by applying the tools of econometric and regression analysis through dynamic time series. It was analyzed a current state of Ukrainian commercial banks, apart from this it was revealed existing gaps, and not only was established improvement areas, but it was also proposed a structural and logical model of the commercial banks restructuring. Besides this, there was proved a methodology for a forecasting reputation assessment and trust in Ukrainian commercial banks and a rating system effectiveness of commercial banks restructuring through the usage of the systemic-structural approach, in consideration of potential development opportunities that will increase the effectiveness of Ukrainian commercial banks restructuring.
