Kaspruk Y. Local budgets are in providing of economic development of region

In the thesis there was developed theoretical statements and methodological recommendations how to improve the local budgets efficiency in the region economic development. It was refined basic categories and research concepts, and besides this analyzed and assessed the impact of fiscal factors on the dynamics of region economic growth with economic and mathematical methods usage. It was set forward the ways of improving the regulatory framework of local budgeting and furthermore it was improved the process of making budgetary decisions that ensure improvement of intergovernmental relations. It was worked out a methodological approach to assessing a region fiscal potential, taking into account objective and subjective factors of an exogenous and endogenous origin. Moreover it was developed methodological approaches to the formation of a region medium-term budget with account of a program budgeting method for a region priorities funding.
