Alaverdyan L. Formation and development of public-private partnership in the coal industry in Ukraine

A research object is a process of forming of state-private partnership in coal industry. The aim of work are development of new and improvement of existent mechanisms of becoming and development of state-private partnership what are sent to providing of competitiveness of coal industry. Research methods: abstractly-logical method, economic and mathematic design, logical generalization. The scientific novelty of work consists in the improvement of theoretical and methodical principles and grant of practical recommendations in relation to forming of mechanisms of becoming and development of state-private partnership in coal industry with the aim of providing of competitiveness industries. The mechanism of forming of efficiency of coal industry is first offered. It is improved: mechanism of the financial providing of restructuring of coal industry; organizationally-methodical principles of realization of mechanism of restructuring of coal industry; determination of semantic essence of concept "to potential of competitiveness of coal industry". Got further development: organizationally-economic mechanism of the financial providing of the industrial use of methane; methodical approaches of estimation of investment attractiveness of enterprises of coal industry; an aggregate of approaches is to the acceptance of strategic decisions in relation to the increase of efficiency of development and activity of coal industry; mechanism of the financial providing of introduction of alternative directions of booty and use of coal.
