Myrna N. Рublic Regional Policy Mechanisms in Ukraine

Object of research: forming and realization of public regional policy. Purpose: theoretical ground and determination of directions of perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of public regional policy. Methods: logical-semantic; generalizations and comparisons; formal-logic analysis; supervision and expert estimations; approaches of the systems and complex; decomposition and elementaryly-theoretical analysis and synthesis; structurally-functional analysis. Results: in theory grounded and certain directions of perfection of mechanisms of public regional policy, oriented to providing for every citizen of identical social guarantees. Novelty: the features of realization of regional policy are certain and theoretical principles of functioning of its mechanisms are found out; developed suggestion on adaptation of experience of the European countries on the questions of forming and realization of regional policy to the terms of Ukraine; formulated requirement to diagnostics of the resource providing of public regional policy in Ukraine. It is inculcated in activity of Kharkiv regional state administration. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants and public servants of local self-government.
