Kryvenko V. Formation and development of the mortgage lending system in Ukraine

The thesis devoted to research theoretical and practical questions of formation and development of the mortgage lending system in Ukraine. It is divided the system of mortgage lending as complex of related elements of mortgage lending (objects, subjects, instruments), which function on the lending base principals and appropriate institutional ensuring. There are proved scientific and methodical approaches of incipience and realization of state regulation of mortgage lending in Ukraine, in particular: normative and legal regulation, economic stimulation, organization support etc. It is proved that mortgage lending is an efficiency mechanism of expansion of market capacity of finance capital by including in its structure money resources of real estate owners in an aim of receiving social and economical effect. It is offered practical recommendations in a main ways of reformation and further development of the system of mortgage lending in Ukraine.
