Essay

Object of researches - hard connections of collapsible elements of Connection from the glulam of rectangular section and combined i-section (wooden belt and wall from the flag of OSB); methods - an analysis of the literary sources (for work's purpose' and tasks' formulation), the experimental researches, calculable methods of the statistical processing of experimental data with the use of the system "ANSYS" software, the comparative analysis of experimental information to the results of calculation; results - theoretical and experimental researches are decide the scientific and technical task of creation of hard key connection of the combined teams of long-span wooden constructions; wooden constructions with layer re-enforcement can be made on modern highly technological lines without their reconstruction, what resource-demanding of wares allows to bring down on 10 - 15%; it is shown numeral calculations, that the known connections of longitudinal and transversal ribs of coverages on toothed metal-plate rationally to use for middle flights (12 - 24 m), for large flights (36 m and anymore) offered, the special connections are executed and investigational on tipped-in bars; it is worked out and experimentally investigational, key connection for the increase of massive collapsible wooden elements on tipped-in bars and double-T metallic insertion, which differs from the known decision "system CNIISK" that at same bearing ability it less resource-demanding (on 25 - 30%) and technologic in a process to assembling of knot; novelty - consists of ground of new approach at constructing of connections of wooden elements with layer re-enforcement: possibility of structural decision of hard key connections of collapsible wooden elements of long-span is first reasonable spatialх constructions; the hard knot of connection of collapsible elements of the combined i-section (with a wooden belt and wall from OSB) is improved and tested; a patent is first worked out and the hard knot of connection of collapsible wooden elements is investigational; a hard knot is first worked out and tested with the use for the combined teams of wooden elements of rectangular section with layer re-enforcement; it is inculcated - the results of development of hard knots for the collapsible combined constructions are inculcated for component wooden flange beams with a wall from OSB, on the enterprise of "Practices" (Odesa), and also at the reconstruction of the between storeyed ceiling of task of bank to "Porto-Franco" in To Odesa; materials of researches are used in educational aims, lecture and practical employments for speciality "Industrial and civil building" of OGASA.
