Thesis is devoted to solving of scientific problem solving aiming at improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of the patients with chronic cholecystitis with concomitant course of somatoform autonomic dysfunction and hypertension II stage based on the comprehensive study of clinical course, vascular and metabolic mechanisms of their development and progression. Improved methods of pathogenetic treatment with mebikaru, trymebutynu maleate, nebivolol and kvinaprylu are justified.
