Object of research: processes of formation and utilization of labor resources of agricultural enterprises and the region in market conditions. Objective: Analysis and synthesis of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of human resources, identify the causes of job losses, unemployment and justification of measures to improve the utilization of labor resources in agricultural enterprises. Methods: dialectical, abstract logic, monographs, systems analysis, economic and statistical, accounting, constructive, economic-mathematical, graphical and others. Scientific novelty: for the first time proved the organizational and economic mechanism more efficient use of labor in agricultural enterprises, proposed methodological approaches to incentive workers in agricultural enterprises in market conditions improved substance categories: "human resources", "labor", "diversification" improved structural and organizational approaches to diversification of production gained further development of the main directions of improving the efficiency of labor in agricultural enterprises, functional powers of state, regional and district employment centers.
