Martynova O. Administrative legal support of judges in local courts of general jurisdictionin proceedings on administrative violations

Dissertation is devoted finding out of place and role of county general courts in the system of public of Ukraine authorities, to research of activity of judges of county general courts as subjects of production in matters about administrative offences, and also to the analysis of its legal providing. Maintenance of legal status of judges of county general courts is determined, the features of his realization are characterized in the process of production in matters about administrative offences. The specific of legal status of judges of county general courts is studied in a production in matters about administrative offences, internal affairs of Ukraine excited organs.
