Vasylyaka D. Application of evaluation concepts and terms is in the Criminal process of Ukraine

The dissertation deals with a complex research of origin, existence and use of appraisal notions and terms in criminal and remedial legislation. It was characterized the scientific development of appraisal notions and terms, it was given its estimate and results of using in conformity with law work. As a result of research of historical law creation positive experience, of modern law of developed western states, of adjacent law branches achievement, on the basis of theoretical and practical problems summarizing, which appear in the Ukrainian criminal and remedial legislation, the author proposes to use linguistic and legislative stylistics attainments, that permit to synthesize the best variants of lawmaker' colloquial.
