The object of study is the process of capitalization of machine-building enterprises as an important factor in the development of their economic potential. Purpose - a synthesis and development of scientific and theoretical principles of capitalization, development of practical guidelines for assessing and developing engineering company capitalization. The author used the methods of comparative analysis and synthesis methods of marketing research, including surveys, systematic and statistical analysis, peer reviews, the method of economic-mathematical modeling, graphical and tabular methods. The theoretical value lies in the systematic classification features varieties of capitalization, improving conceptual apparatus on the category of "capitalization" and the method of forming a unified assessment of the capitalization of machine-building enterprise. Scientific novelty is the method of complex analysis capitalization companies, which is based on mapping of security companies tangible and intangible resources, the degree of updating the capital cost of existing capital of the company subject to the terms of capitalization. The subject of research is theoretical and applied principles of evaluation and development of capitalization for the administrative processes of machine-building enterprises. Recommendations of the author applied for evaluation and development capitalization companies, identifying the impact of plant and equipment engineering on development of its capitalization.
