Turska N. Corporate ownership management of the mechanical-engineering enterprises in the transformational economy

The object of study is the processes of corporate property in the manufacturing sector as a specific type of economic ownership. The aim is theoretical and practical generalization of the provisions on the management structure of corporate ownership of industrial enterprises and production on this basis of reasonable proposals of the formation of an effective structure of corporate ownership of domestic enterprises in the process of management. To achieve the specific goal is used the following methods: the historical approach of abstraction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, a scientific generalization, classification - to establish socio-economic content of corporate property review of theoretical and practical problems of forming the optimal structure of corporate ownership, the approach - to identify the impact of models of profit corporations to structure their ownership of systems analysis - to develop a structural model of the corporation for the coordination of interests, economic and mathematical modeling - to develop models of optimal structure of corporate ownership for the return of rights owners. The subject of study - corporate ownership structure engineering enterprises of Ukraine in the context of forming a model of governance. The area of copyright guidelines are domestic machine-building enterprises, governments. Development and supply labels can be used in practice for the formation and management of corporate property of machine-building enterprises. In particular, the approach to the formation of an objective structure of the purposes of production of machine-building enterprises, an approach to identify the impact of management strategies on profit ownership structure of corporate structures.
