Artyuh O. Organizationally-economic mechanism of management by diagnostics of industrial enterprise

Conception of management by diagnostics of industrial enterprise is offered in dissertation, that on methods and instruments of research of external and internal environment, sequences of analytical procedures for the exposure of signs of crisis situation and separate positions of informative economy, that enables to promote efficiency of functioning and development of industrial enterprises. Within the framework of conception methodical approaches are improved in relation to the management by diagnostics of competition and internal environment of industrial enterprise, which are based on the quantitative and high-quality methods of analysis, offered approaches to development and use in quality of indicators of the financially-property state of enterprise of indexes, that will allow in good time to foresee the origin of unsteady tendencies in development of enterprise and provide management flexibility. A case frame by diagnostics of industrial enterprise, which foresees the use of tool of category analysis and imitation design, and allows to expose the hidden signs of the crisis state of enterprise and offer the ways of increase of efficiency of menage, is developed.
