This thesis is devoted to the study of the characteristics of severe community-acquired pneumonia in combination with poliorgans pathology (liver, heart, kidneys and brain) course in case of the patients with opium drug addiction. As a result of the conducted researches it has been proved, that community-acquired pneumonia in case of patients with opium drug addiction has severe disease course with complications and accompanied by the development of syndrome of inflammatory systemic reaction. The reason of such a disease course is explained by antibiotic-resistant highly virulent microorganisms and the presence of the hidden multyorgan insufficiency as a result of intravenous introduction of opium substitutes. Based on the obtained results a new treatment method of severe community-acquired pneumonia has been found out, that includes the intake of the antibiotics directed into pulmonary tissue in farmacocytes and the readjustmen of tracheo-bronchial tree by cationic surface-active antiseptic of decasan. The use of the developed method of pneumonia treatment in the experiment as compared to the control group provided slower spreadening of inflammatory process, diminished microorganism pollution of pulmonary tissue, prevented the development of abscesses and bronchitis deformities. The obtained research results are proved the high efficiency of the developed method of pneumonia treatment that can be recommended to be used in clinical practice.
