Маgomedova M. Activation of innovative-investment processes energy-savings on the enterprises of centralized heat supply system.

Objects of researches: are the activation processes of innovative and investment development of centralized heat supply enterprises with the use of introduction the energy saving technologies. Goal of research: is scientific-methods and practical recommendation designing of increasing the effectiveness of innovative and investment activity on heat supply enterprises. Research methods: are theoretical generalizations, dialectics, logic, system-oriented, historical and economical analysis, expert data analysis, innovation effectiveness theory, sensitivity analysis, correlated-regression analysis and mathematic simulation. Theoretical and practical results such as: intension and concept content of "innovative and investment development of enterprises" were pricised,the main problems of heat supply system were systematized and generalized, the principal calculation approaches of regulatory quantity were generalized and the regulatory document was developed, the methodological calculation approach of effectiveness of introduction reconstruction and modernization networks and boiler stations measures were improved, optimization resource approach in the performance of repair work was updated. Scientific novelty: the evaluation approach of budget funds economy in process of realization the energy saving measures on the heat supply enterprises was improved, the evaluation approach of innovative and investment potential of heat supply enterprises was updated, calculation basis of economical effectiveness in the process of introduction the energy saving measures was accomplished, methodological approach to the problem solving of optimization the resource allocation on the assumption of parallel execution of work was made better, informational model of software product for making time schedules was refined, the development conception of the Kharkov heat supply system was developed. Introduction degree: the results were introduced in work process of heat supply system enterprises in Kharkov region (Public Utility "Kharkovskie teplovie seti") and it also use in economic course teaching in higher education institutions.The sphere of usage is the introduction in the Ukraine heat supply system enterprises.
