Makarenko I. Sustainable development of derivatives market of Ukraine

Theoretical and methodological approaches to functioning of financial derivatives market, its economic essence, functional features, role as a form of fictitious capital, historical development, economic pre-conditions and tendencies were presented in dissertation. The modern state and problems of world and national derivative markets were researched and its general directions of subsequent development were underlined. The possibility of crises on the derivatives markets was grounded and the notion "sustainable development of derivatives market" was constructed. Direction of influence of exogenous and endogenous factors on sustainable development of derivatives market was examined. The integral indicator of the derivatives market' state from the point of view of his fractal structure was designed. Conceptual principles of sustainable development of derivatives market in Ukraine were developed and the grading market system was formalized.
