Nevidoma Y. Dynamics of social status of students with different level of social skills.

In this dissertation social abilities are defined as abilities of a person which are developed and become obvious under social and learning activity conditions, and provide efficiency in interpersonal relations. There are lightening relationships of social-psychological status of individuals and social skills. The results of empiric research of influence social abilities on social status dynamics is presented and approbation of education-advancing means of the development and display of personality's social abilities. Dissertation describes the results of the empirical research.According to the results of researching there was developed and approved the training based on development of social abilities of personality. As a result participators of this training have got skills for better understanding other people by observing and have learned to manage own emotions during the communication and to contact with different people by development of abilities of communicative competence, to discover new effective and original ways of solving social situations interpersonal interaction.
