In this thesis justified the nature and the functional content of the national consumer market, a systematic methodological approach to the formation of consumer policy and its impact on the consumer market, studied the theoretical aspects of the development of social standards as elements of the consumer market food products. Performed a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the consumer market of food products in Ukraine, revealed the basic mechanisms of functioning of diagnosis of the consumer market of food products, a systematic analytical framework of indicators of consumer market food products.
