Essay

A research object are the processes of a build gypsum hydration, hardening and solutions structure formation on the basis of gypsum. Purpose of dissertation work: the development of dry build mixtures on the basis of gypsum and increaseing of their fitness time due to introduction of complex additions on the basis of quicklime and polyvinylacetate dispersion (PVAD). Methods of researches: standard methods for determination of gipseous astringent physico-mechanical properties, of complex additions quality, determination of properties of the developed plaster and putty mixtures for surfaces preparation, as on the stage of solution mixtures as on the stage of hardening stone; methods of mathematical statistics and design - at processing of experimental data; researches of materials phase composition, micro- and macrostructure was conducted by the methods of x-ray analysis, the electronic and light microscopy. Theoretical and practical results: the composition of complex grasping addition moderator of a build gypsum on the basis of quicklime, polyvinylacetate dispersion, thinner, plasticizer is certain; production the technology of polymeric powders of redispersible which is offered the process of drying is eliminate, that provides the decline of energy; compounding of dry gipseous mixtures is developed on the basis of a build gypsum with the developed complex addition for implementation of putty and plaster works. A novelty is scientific: in theory it is grounded and possibility of receipt of dry addition-moderator of gypsum grasping is experimentally confirmed on the basis of quicklime and polyvinyl acetate dispersion due to formation of polyvinyl alcohol and salts of calcium acetate as a result of alkaline hydrolysis of PVAD at extinguishing to exterminate in hydrate lime; the substantive provisions of production technology of grasping addition-mederator are developed on the basis of quicklime and polyvinyl acetate dispersion; theoretical presentations of process of semiwater gypsum hydration are extended in presence the got addition, the components of which, dissolving in water, proceed in functional properties. On the basis of method of experiments planning and experimental researches complex addition is developed with the promoted functional properties due to the use of dissolution accelerating and superplasticizer, which allow to promote plasticity, strength descriptions of dry build mixtures on the basis of gypsum. Degree of introduction: experimentally-industrial party of the developed compositions of gipseous mixtures with modifying addition is used for implementation of finishings works in administratively-domestic apartments of LTD "Master-RCC-Ukraine", Dnepropetrovsk; an economic effect is arrived at due to the decline of prime price of complex addition and makes 0,12 Uah/kg. Purview: production of build materials and build works.
