Object - clinical, endoscopic and morphological changes in 120 patients with ulcerative colitis. Purpose - to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Novelty - the first time developed a comprehensive scheme of treatment patients with ulcerative colitis using aminocaproic acid, bifidumbacterin, drotaverin at their topical application, which improve efficacy of treatment and reduce its duration; developed diagnostic criteria for prediction of the disease natures, namely, the combined assessment of interleukin-23 and neopterin in serum.
