Vlasyuk S. Legal regulation of prevention of Harmful Influence of Waters.

The study focuses on the comprehensive and detailed research of legal regulation of harmful influence of waters and eliminates its consequences. Historical, international legal analysis of legislation's development in this area was made. The concept of water and its different of harmful influence were investigated. Legal norms, that regulate social relations in prevention of harmful influence of waters and elimination of its consequences, are characterized by all the signs of an independent legal institution with interdisciplinary orientation. Peculiarities of the system of legal approaches applied to prevent and eliminate the consequences of water's harmful influence were investigated as well. Proposals for improvement of the relevant statutory regulation of water legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
