Ph. D. thesis is devoted to the study of problems of legal regulation application facilities of defense the agricultural plants. A historical division and becoming in the field of application facilities of defense the plants is developing into periods and its law regulation. It is separately found out and scientifically grounded construction of "application facilities of defense the agricultural plants". Described problems of the international law adjusting and analyzed features of providing the state regulation in the probed area. The special attention is spared finding out of questions of contractual law regulation of application facilities of defense the agricultural plants and legal adjusting of prevention the negative influence application of the indicated facilities. Because of the conducted research, the row of suggestion was formulating from the improvement of current agrarian legislation of Ukraine.
