Gots T. State regulation of prices for housing and communal services

Object- price processes that take place in financially economic activity of enterprises of housing and public spheres of Ukraine, that are conditioned by the functioning of the system of the managed prices on its services; goal - is a theoretical reasoning of necessity of government control of price in housing and public services and working out the scientifically methodical recommendations for the improvement of its mechanisms; methods - program target, comparative analysis and logical generalizations, generalization of theoretical researches, analytical, analysis of the systems, statistically-analytical methods(comparisons, dynamic rows, index); a novelty -it is worked out the mechanism of compensation of investment expenses of energetic effective projects of budget establishments and enterprises of housing and public services with application of tariff possibilities taking into account the charges related to investment activity; in prices, and also in savings of payments for energy in the budget of development of the establishment; results of -are in the development of management mechanisms, regulation and application adjusting of price making for increasing of effective work of housing and public services, that fundamentally differ from actual that are ratified by laws and regulations; implemented into the economic practice.
