Antoshko T. The mechanism of corporate social responsibility adoption in industry enterprises

The thesis is devoted to developing and implementing CSR activities in industrial enterprises. Reasonable and scientific components of the introduction of corporate social responsibility: economic, humanistic, environmental, information, communication, organizational and legal. The author investigated the formation mechanism, identified the key points that must be considered in the formation mechanism proposed to ensure control over the corporate-social activities and the coordination model of conflict situations. Given indicating the introduction, the author proposed methodological approach is the definition of corporate social responsibility, and establishing connections taxonomic indicator of corporate social responsibility on the net asset value. The form of this relationship and projected results from the improvement of corporate social responsibility as an increase in net asset value are established.
