Kushnir I. Controlling mechanism of economy state regulation

A research object is processes of government control of economy. The article of research is theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of forming of controlling mechanism of government control of national economy. A research aim is development of theoretical positions, methodical bases and practical recommendations on forming of controlling mechanism of government control of national economy on the basis of the use of feed-backs. Research methods: scientific abstraction, historical and comparative analysis, logical generalization and analogy, economic and statistical design,, graphic, budgeting, АВС-analysis, econometrics methods. The scientific novelty of work consists of scientific ground and development of theoretical, methodical and organizational bases of forming of controlling mechanism of government control of national economy with the purpose of increase of efficiency of administrative decisions on the basis of providing of feed-back and use of instruments of controlling. First: a necessity and structure of controlling mechanism of government control of economy are reasonable. Improved: functional structure of state administration; methodical bases of the use of facilities of controlling are in adjusting of economic development of regions; theoretical bases of development of controlling are in adjusting of economy of Ukraine. Got further development: methodical bases of design of the state of national economy; organizationally-methodical bases of government control of economy; methodical bases of estimation of efficiency of functioning of the system of state controlling.
