Research object: process of realization of innovative activity of industrial enterprise; aim of work: generalization and development of theoretical approaches and methodical positions in relation to an estimation and providing of increase of effectiveness of innovative activity of industrial enterprises; research methods and apparatus: a theoretical synthesis method, the method of analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, statistical and financial analysis, expert evaluation method taxonomy, the method of additive convolution method of analysis of hierarchies, a graphical method; theoretical and practical results: theoretical and practical results: determination of effectiveness of innovative activity on the basis of clarification of maintenance of concepts "innovative activity" and "effectiveness" that differs from existing taking into account of such criteria of effectiveness as are improved: quality of innovative products, amount of innovations and timeliness of their introduction; methodical going near the estimation of innovative receptivity of enterprise, that, unlike existing, is based on determination of groups of indexes, that characterize innovative receptivity (productive, technical property, skilled, financial, foreign economic and innovative activity), and generalization of them in an integral taxonomical index; got further development: classification of factors of influence on effectiveness of innovative activity of enterprises of engineer, the difference of that is grouping depending on possibilities of enterprise in relation to a management by them: the guided factors (socialpsychological) and out of control factors (political and legal, informative); methodical positions in relation to the estimation of effectiveness of innovative activity of enterprises of engineer, the difference of that is a construction of integral index by the method of additive convolution, partial indexes ponderability of that is certain by means of method of analysis of hierarchies entered in the complement of that: volume of the realized products, volume of the realized innovative products, sum of charges on innovative activity, part of innovative products in the general volume of realization, charges on an innovation per employee, index of of effectiveness of innovative charges; methodical recommendations in relation to the increase of effectiveness of innovative activity enterprises in basis of that unlike existing are fixed ranked after the level of meaningfulness factors, that restrain innovative activity of enterprises of engineer, composition of that on the basis of the expert questioning is complemented by such factors as: shortage of human and structural capitals, imperfection of the organizationally-administrative providing; degree of introduction: developments are inculcated in practical activity of private enterprise of "NVO Spezmashcchermet", "Mariupol experienced is an experimental plant"; sphere of the use : innovative activity of machine-building enterprises.
