Klyevtsyevych N. Forming the institutional conditions of private and state sectors' partnership in municipal sphere of Ukraine (on an example of enterprises of plumbing-sewage economy)

Object of the research is processes of cooperation of private and state sectors in the municipal economy of Ukraine; the purpose is the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for the reform the Ukraine's public utility; methods of research - abstract-logic, of economic and mathematical statistics, of comparative analysis, of system and others; a novelty - is a justification of the new methodical positions on the reform of municipals services management; the result is forming of theoretical and methodical positions of providing state private partnerships in the communal economy of Ukraine; introduced - Odessa municipality as lower-level governance structure (certificate № 2172/2 from 04.08.09), municipal enterprise in town Mukachevsk - "Mukachivvodokanal" (certificate № 509 from 14.06.10), a component of fundamental work of "Forming the effective strategies of steady development communal sector of municipal economies", which was carried out in the framework of the topical plan of fundamental scientific research of the Odessa state economic university for 2005-2009 (certificate № 01-16/1343 from 15.09.10); the educational process of ONEU(certificate " 01-10/1682 from 25.11.10.); sphere - economics and national economy management
