Khmelkov A. Mechanisms of forming of the public financial control system in Ukraine

Object of research: public financial control system. Purpose: perfection of mechanisms of forming of the public financial control system in Ukraine. Methods: approach of the systems; comparative analysis; inductions and deductions; analysis and synthesis; logical-semantic; historical; system-analytical; abstractly-logical. Results: the conceptual model of the public financial control system is grounded in Ukraine. Novelty: the suggestions on acceptance of Code of public financial control of Ukraine are grounded; modern approaches to forming of organizational mechanism of financial control are found out; a concept "Financial mechanism of public administration" is certain. It is inculcated in activity of central and territorial public authorities. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
