Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of approach to study the thermomechanical state of physically nonlinear growing cylindrical bodies with accounting the microstructural transformations associated with the decomposition of supercooled austenite. Inelastic material behavior is described by nonisothermal flow model modified for the case of nonsimilar on temperature tension diagrams. Temperature dependence of mechanical and physical characteristics is taken into account. Modeling of microstructure transformations is based on continuous cooling transformation diagrams. The influence of physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials of the deposed layers and their thicknesses on the residual stress-strain state of the cylinder is investigated. The stress-strain state of deposed cylinder under subsequent cyclic thermomechanical loading is studied
