Essay

This thesis explains the essence of local councils' decisions as sources of administrative law in Ukraine. It is making an analysis at the theoretical level of the content of sources of administrative law in general, and the place of local councils' decisions among them. It is formulated the definition of decisions of local councils, described their features and characteristics, investigated the order of development, approval and official announcement. It is examined the forms and mechanism of realization of decisions of local councils, it is proposed some areas of improvement the procedures for their adoption and implementation.
