Barts Y. Administrative-legal bases of registration of the property rights to real estate

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical bases of administrative-legal regulation of the state registration immovable property's rights, development and experience of foreign law and its implementation. The thesis investigates the etiology of the concept and nature of state registration, summarized its understanding of the science and practice. The concept and volume of the competence of bodies of registration of the property rights to real estate are opened, оrganizational-legal bases of their activity are investigated. The analysis of the theoretical approaches to concept, signs and the bases of administrative responsibility is carried out, elements and structure of administrative offenses in sphere of the state registration of the property right to real estate are investigated.
