The thesis is the complex research of administrative normative peculiarities of prevention of offences in the sphere of medical service. Citizens' rights for medical service as the subject of legal protection as well as normative lawful regulation of medical service are examined. General characteristics, kinds and essential elements of the offences in the sphere of medical service are underlined. Reasons for origination of the offences, the role of means of persuasion and liability as measure of exclusion of offences in the sphere of medical service are analyzed. The measures of the offences' prevention are pointed out. Fundamental trends of perfection of administrative liability legislation are defined on the basis of comparative analysis of domestic and foreign legislation.
