Thesis is devoted to the development of methodical and organisational regulations conerning the improvement mechanism of specialists' training quality at Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine. This thesis presents the improvement mechanism of specialists' training quality at Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine by means of introduction of automatized system of quality assessment of specialists' training at domestic Higher Educational Institutions, that enables to reveal the quality level of specialists' training as well as competitiveness of an individual Higher Educational Institution.
