In the dissertation the basic components which form a use value cost of models of clothes as the goods are allocated, in a cut of these components classification of modern world innovations is offered and kinds of innovative strategy of the sewing enterprise are allocated. The matrix of an estimation of strategic possibilities of the sewing enterprise is generated to work in a certain market segment clothes of brands, the expert system "Universal expert" is developed, the forecast of development of the sewing enterprises is carried out.
